Due to circumstances beyond our control, the AVFD social hall is not currently available for rental. We don't currently have the resources or volunteers in our department to be able handle all the email, phone calls and details necessary to properly schedule, arrange for cleaning, security at events, and coordination of details. Our caterer is not yet ready to take on the task of catering for events in the hall and our caterer has exclusive use of our kitchen facilities as part of our contract with Lynnette's Cakes and Catering. We are sorry that we are unable to accomodate hall rental until further notice. Watch this space and when the hall is again available for rental, this page will be updated. If you are looking for a facility to hold events to accommodate anywhere from 25 – 300 people, we have one for you here at Annandale Volunteer Fire Department. Our Social Hall, or Bingo Hall, or Ossian Hall, is available for rent for occasions such as –

• Business meetings/Training facility
• Luncheons
• Fund raisers
• Saturday Afternoon wedding receptions (max 200 comfortably to allow for dance floor)
• Functions

The hall features:

• 300 person capacity
• Ground level entry, no stairs
• Raised stage
• Parking on premises
• Rectangular tables (check for round tables)
• Large projection screen
• Wireless microphone system
• Adjustable lighting

Please note that since we play bingo in the hall on Monday & Thursday evenings, those days/evenings are not available for rental.
